Die Lage ist gut, 200 m von Subway-Station.
Eigentlich ist es eher ein nicht allzu grosses Hotelzimmer als ein Appartement. Noch unpraktischer einrichten kann man das Appartement aber kaum. Ein einziger Stuhl mit einem kleinen Tisch. Die zweite Person muss stehen oder sich aufs Bett setzen, keine Ablageflächen weder für Koffer noch für deren Inhalt. Man muss die Koffer auf dem Boden lassen und sich daraus versorgen. Ein einziges grösseres und ein kleineres Handtuch pro Person während 5 Nächsten die bei kürzerem Duschen hintereinander feucht bleiben, das geht gar nicht. Ja, man könnte gegen Aufpreis etc. aber das ist keine Entschuldigung für solchen Geiz.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 닝교초역에서 도보로 3분 이내로, 주위에 산책할 수 있는 위치에 재미있는 카페와 음식점, 가게도 많습니다. 딱 도쿄 작은 원룸 맨션 느낌이라 도쿄에 살고 있는 듯한 느낌으로 지낼 수 있는 장점이 있네요.
호텔이 아니기 때문에 수건이나 여타 클리닝 서비스가 없습니다.
